Who are you?

Greetings everyone! My name is Marina Stamelou, I am 19 years old and I am currently studying Mediterranean Studies in the University of the Aegean. I come from our picturesque capital city, Athens and at the moment I am staying in the beautiful island of Rhodes where we are welcoming you and hoping that you will have the time of your lives.

I am more than excited to be part of the Board of RhodesMRC 2017 for the first time since I have never been in this position, only as a delegate I have participated and will participate again and again in the future, like you will be now and I am ensuring you that you will enjoy it a lot.

I am hoping that you will also “get infected by the MUN germ” as I did since I started taking part from when I was in High School and now in the University MUNs. Do not be afraid to take risks and speak your voices in the chamber because we are looking for ambitious people who will change the future and make it better with their unique and innovative ideas. It is one of the most challenging and organized simulations, it is my favorite of all too.
