Panagiotis-Konstantinos Katoulis was born in Athens and currently studies Law at the Democritus University of Thrace. He is passionate about public international and humanitarian law as well as maritime law, engaging in both academic studies and extracurricular activities. He is fluent in English and French, while also learning Spanish. This year’s RhodesMRC marks his 6th participation in MUN conferences and his 2nd participation in RhodesMRC.
