Antonia-Evangelia Christopoulou is 24 years old. She holds a LLB and a LLM in Public Law by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law. Her academic interests include constitutional, administrative and european law, with special focus on the european protection of fundamental rights. Hence, her master thesis is about the freedom of expression on the Internet, especially concerning fake news. She has completed internships in the Greek National Commission of Human Rights and the Hellenic Parliament. She is currently working as a Trainee Lawyer.

MUN constitutes the passion that changed her student life. Since the second years of her undergraduate studies, she has participated in a number of simulations of European, regional and international organizations as a Delegate, Head Delegate, Board Member and Secretariat Member.

Rhodes Model Regional Cooperation 2019 would be her forth MRC and she shall have the utmost honor to serve as Deputy Secretary- General! Thrilled for having the chance to work with four amazing people (Panagiotis, Chrysoula, Giannis and Katerina), she cannot wait to welcome you all to the Rhodes MRC family for the celebration of the 10th Edition of the conference! Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

I have some great memories from the former editions of RhodesMRC. However, my favorite one remains the closing ceremony of my first MRC, back in 2016. I was the Head Delegate of my faculty’s delegation. During our preparation, we had some serious trouble with the other members of the delegation as they thought I was too strict(?). However, throughout the conference we were bonding as a team and when I received my best delegate award in the closing ceremony, they were all clapping and hugging me! Some of them are my closest friends to this day!
