SDG 4

I firmly believe that all the Sustainable Development Goals are of great importance and we should all individually and collectively fight so that they become a doubtless reality. However, if I had to choose one SDG to support that would be the fourth one, which is specifically, the Quality Education, because I strongly believe that the majority of the other Sustainable Development Goals really depend on the 4th. To be more concrete, without quality education, we cannot fight injustice, inequalities, gender inequality, we cannot realize the importance of sustainable cities and communities, the need of climate actions in land and in water. So, I think that the Quality Education is the first and most important step in order to achieve all the other SDGs.

APEC Chairperson

Welcoming message: Hi, I am Emmanouela and I gratefully welcome you, both the first comers and the old MUN friends, at the anniversary edition of MRC, in Rhodes!

Passionate, friendly, stubborn, perfectionist, hard-working

Emmanouela was born 22 years ago in Athens, She is at the senior year of undergraduate studies at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law. She is really interested in International Law as well as in Human Right’s Protection, and this is a reason why she is so passionate with simulations of International and Regional Organizations. In her leisure time, she likes watching movies and series as well as she dances ballet. Furthermore, she is really passionate with travelling both in Greece and abroad and to explore new places, cultures and cuisines! She has participated in numerous simulations and a far as MRC is concerned, that will be her fourth one and she has the honor to serve as a Board and specifically, as the Chairperson of APEC Committee. So she’ll have the opportunity to welcome many young delegates and also to see again all those with whom she has shared so many moments within those 4 years!

RhodesMRC Memory

Since my RhodesMRC 2016, was my first simulation overall, I think that I have the best memories from it! This conference was more than important for me not only because it was the beginning of journey at MUN world but also because I met people who became a part of my life, standing by me at every single step. I still remember that I was very shy not knowing exactly what to do except for sending donuts but all the people made me think that I belong to a family and to be willing to participate again and again!
