Alexandra Moutropoulou
President of United Nations Society AUTh (UNSOC AUTh), Law Student at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Alexandra Moutropoulou is currently a fourth year law student at the Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). She has actively engaged in legal research, academic conferences, and leadership roles within international organizations, demonstrating expertise in public speaking, policy analysis, and event coordination.

Her academic work includes legal writing and publications in journals. She has authored articles for Grotius (International & European Law Review, AUTh) and ELSA Thessaloniki Expressis Verbis Law Journal as well as in ODETH, covering topics such as diplomatic protection, nuclear safety regulations, and cultural diplomacy.

She has participated in more than 16 Model United Nations (MUN) conferences across Greece and internationally, representing various countries since high school. Throughout her MUN career, she has held several positions, such as a Delegate, Board Member and Member of the Secretariat.

She currently serves as the President of the United Nations Society AUTh (UNSOC AUTh) and tries to enhance strategic initiatives, academic events, and international collaborations. Previously, as Academic Coordinator of UNSOC AUTh, she organized legal panels and diplomatic discussions on global security and institutional reform. She was also a Director in the Conferences & Seminars Division of ELSA Thessaloniki, contributing to legal education and event planning.

In 2018, she participated in a firefighting volunteer program in Rügen, Germany. Additionally, she was an active member of school debate and rhetorical competitions (2016-2021), receiving multiple awards in public speaking and argumentation.

With a passion for international governance, diplomacy, and legal research, she aspires to contribute to the development of global legal policies and institutional cooperation.
