The conference fee for the University Edition of RhodesMRC 2026 includes:• Participant’s Kit.• All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program (as published on the website).• Access to all digital platforms and tools available.• Eligibility to Awards.• Certificate of participation.The conference fee does NOT include:• Accommodation, travel and transportation expenses.• Participation to any side/social events mentioned in the official program, as published in the website.The standard delegate fee is set at 85,00€ to 125,00€, depending on the participation status and period of application/fees payment.The Organizing Committee of RhodesMRC 2026 reserves the right to provide specific groups of delegates special fee prices or discounts based on the type and the time of their application.The discount to the fee price is not applied automatically with your application submission, but it is subject to the Registration Committee ruling on the validity of your claim. Applicants can only make use of one of the available offers/discounts. Multiple offers/discounts cannot be combined.

If you do not agree with the Fees Terms & Conditions, your application will be automatically rejected and not be considered at all.
In case you are from a country the citizens of which are required to have a valid visa in order to enter Greece, the Organizing Commitee of RhodesMRC 2026 is able to provide you with an invitation letter, safe the following criteria are met:- Your application form has been evaluated positively by Registration Committee- You will provide any additional documentation or contacts requested by the Registration Committee- You have been accepted for participation to the conference- You have fully paid the conference fee- You are the owner of a valid passport- Your local/nearest Greek authorities are positive with granting you a visaFor more information on how to acquire a visa, please visit: http://www.mfa.gr/en/visas/visas-for-foreigners-traveling-to-greece/CAUTION: RhodesMRC 2026 Registration Committee will accept no applications from applicants requiring Visa, after July 31, 2026.
You may describe each committee as most or least favorable for you to be part of.Please keep in mind that your choices are only indicative and subject to the Registration Committee's final ruling.
