By completing and submitting this form you fully acknowledge all the terms and conditions for your assignment as described in the RhodesMRC 2026 official website.

Please be sure to read carefully and complete accurately the application form. Any signs of intentionally misleading answers will lead to your rejection.

Those that will submit the Application by Friday, October 10th, 2025, at 17:00, and are present in Rhodes, during RhodesMRC 2025, will be interviewed during the conference and results announced during the Closing Ceremony of RhodesMRC 2025.

Fees Description

All Secretariat & Board members receive a full-fees waiver.

The conference fee for the University Edition of RhodesMRC 2025 includes:
• Participant’s Kit.
• All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program (as published on the website).
• Access to all digital platforms and tools available.
• Eligibility to Awards.
• Certificate of participation.

The conference fee does NOT include:
• Accommodation, travel and transportation expenses.
• Participation to any side/social events mentioned in the official program, as published in the website.

The standard delegate fee is set at 85,00€ to 130,00€, depending on the participation status and period of application/fees payment.

The Organizing Committee of RhodesMRC 2026 reserves the right to provide specific groups of delegates special fee prices or discounts based on the type and the time of their application.

Collaborates with the Head of Staff to ensure smooth operations and fosters engagement with the local community to enhance the conference’s presence and outreach.

Maintains close contact with all MUN societies and supports organized delegations throughout the preparation process. Coordinates communication, ensures smooth participation, and strengthens ties between the conference and its partners.

Leads the Crisis Team and trains its members to respond to delegates’ directives and prepares Board members to manage crisis committees. Ensures creativity, consistency, and professionalism in all crisis-related activities.

Under-Secretary-General for CommitteesNot InterestedModeraterly InterestedReally InterestedOversees the work of all committees, ensuring consistency, productivity, and alignment with the goals of the conference. Provides guidance to each committee board on the selection of topics and ensures the timely preparation and delivery of study guides. Depending on the total number of committees, multiple Under-Secretaries-General for Committees may be appointed.

Deputy Secretary-GeneralNot InterestedModeraterly InterestedReally InterestedSupports the Secretary-General in all duties and acts as their substitute when required. Assists with coordination across the Secretariat and the Board and provides oversight to ensure efficiency and continuity.

Acts as the central point of guidance for the conference’s academic content, holding ultimate authority over the interpretation of the Rules of Procedure and the finalization of the draft documents. The Secretary-General may assign tasks to members of the Secretariat as needed, while maintaining overall responsibility for the conference’s academic and procedural integrity.
